try to add in style.css:
#content h1.title {

border-bottom:1px solid #DDDDDD;

border-top:3px solid #DDDDDD;

font:bold 2.2em Georgia;

letter-spacing:-0.05em;

padding:5px 0;

}
font is the important thing, border, spacing and padding you do not need
