Sorry I am lost. as to what you are saying. I wanted to know if I put the "meta data" inside the custom php pages, because that is what Google indexes, as that is what is called from wordpress right?

Why would I want to have 2 duplicate pages? I like my custom pages.
What do you mean create a page and only put what’s is inside div id body? I am not following you .
Why would I want to do that?
Can’t I just for simplicity add meta data to each of my custom pages, individually without using WordPress?
Lastly, what do you mean that on my ebook page there is no icon or link to home, where did you see a link to home or an icon(what icon?)
