last question. Font weight different in different browsers

von Joern am 15. Apr. 2012 | Keine Kommentare

Masteradmin my site is here
I have a few questions.
IN style.css what is responsible for manipulating font size, weight, color for the content of pages and posts?
I want my front page excerpts to have the same font size as my page content font.

on the front page.
What I did was in style sheet set <h7> as 16 px and font tyle arial, helvatica
Now as you can see in Google chrome the font weight is normal, but in Firefox the weight is bold for my front page excerpt text.
See for this phrase
Are you frustrated, angry, disgusted, upset because you just can’t get women to respond to you the way you want, no matter what you say or do?
It is bold in Firefox but normal font weight in Google chrome. The weird thing is that when I add this line before the paragraph in the excerpt
<p style="text-align: left;"><h7>
It goes to normal. I don’t get it?
So my first question is how do I make the font size, weight, style on the front page excerpt show the same in Firefox as in Google chrome, meaning

Size 16px

Weight normal

Style arial, helvatica
Also, my sidebar and footer text and links are all bold in Firefox and I tried to look at .sidebar and .footer in style.css and nothing is making it bold. But in Firefox it is bold and in Google Chrome it is normal. What can I do to remove the "bold weight" so that it is showing with normal weight in Firefox?
BTW The sidebar and footer text is normal in posts and pages, just not on the front page in Firefox. It is bolded in firefox
Thanks
Omer
