I think the part you pasted into the excerpt is not ‚cut‘
I also think there is no limit in string length.
The table looks not really equal in front and on the page, because the line-height is set in #front-list different than in .post
But looking at the source you can verify that both tables end with some empty rows, the /tbody and /table.

I would say WordPress doesn’t cut something, you might not have inserted the missing Australia-rows ??
Finally you might not need to set a height for the table (4160px),
and also you set the width of the table to 598 while the div #front-list is only 595 in frontpage
and div #entry for the page is set to 590px
