I have no site running on Arthemia Premium, but this should be an option in the theme settings.
in the theme files I can see this option under:
Latest Post automated thumbnail will be hidden …
"Hide Post Excerpt"
"Show Post Excerpt"
"Show Two-Column List"
"Show One-Column List" <- choose this option!!
