you have to insert a new style for this class in style.css:
Example here would look like: —

.entry .wp-caption img {float:none; margin:0;padding:0; border:none}
p.wp-caption-text{margin:5px;}
If you have Arthemia Premium you could just add it to the themes folder and switch to it to see if it works.
This alone will not change any of your content and by switching back to the old theme this will be as before.
I believe if you are happy with your current adapted Arthemia, you do not need to switch..
