my question was, is it a page or a post?
You might need a template for this content only.
For a page you could use your page.php and create from that a template by adding
<?php
/*
Template Name: Packages
*/
?>
to the top and name it packages.php
In page editor you could assign this template to your page. Now you know that only this page takes this packages.php and you can start some custom code valid only for that page.
In this page template you could modify the ‚before and after the page-links‘ of wp_link_pages.
If it’s a post of many I do not even know how to start.
