That’s why I do not just number the part in sidebar but give all widgets the correct name like

...|| !dynamic_sidebar('Sidebar Top')...
...|| !dynamic_sidebar('Sidebar Left')...
...|| !dynamic_sidebar('Sidebar Right')...
etc
having the same name in sidebar and in functions.php will not make a problem like this.
